Solid Silver Good Luck Charm Rare 1600's Prussian Coin Amulet Pendant

The protective magic of silver and the spark of a mystery inspired me to work this old coin into a jewelry amulet. Need to protection from vampires, werewolves, or general bad luck? It is said that nothing is more lucky than a coin that has been found, and this unique pendant is made of high purity silver too for added magic! For thousands of years travelers through the heart of the Old World, for luck and love, had tossed coins into an ancient rock crevice as a sort of wishing well. This silver coin was found at that European site and excavated before it was to be filled in for modern construction. Other than being gently hand cleaned, the coin is just as it was recovered from the earth, then wrapped with a thick wire so as to cause no change or damage. The pendant was crafted during the peak of a Spring Full Moon using Argentium Silver. Argentium is more pure (.930) than traditional sterling silver (.925). A crowned mans profile is on the front of the coin, but it is indistinct.

Though intended to represent the name "Friedrich", the text "Frid", as seen at the top of the pendant, is also an old word for "peace". This word stands out well visually on this coin, so that is why I chose that area as the top or focal point of the jewelry piece.
This coin was sold to me as a silver wishing well coin. Through careful examination and photograph comparison I had fun researching its identity myself, so the coin details should be taken as suggestion only, hence why it is being offered as handmade metaphysical jewelry. I am happy I got to work with this special item!
