Twin Spirals and Lightning Hand Hammered Copper Necklace Pendant on 18" Chain

Two warm copper spirals intertwine & dangle with a lightning bolt shape that were all formed and hammered by hand then added onto copper chain to create a unique handmade necklace inspired by the Bronze-Age Mycenaean civilization. The clasp is made of a hand shaped copper hook and a wire wrapped copper colored glass bead. The piece has been coated with protective Renaissance Wax, and with general care should retain the warm copper color shown. The whimsical handmade paper box shown is included. *All photographs are of the same necklace; this is a one of a kind item.

*The Handmade Touch of Time: When I hammer metals into jewelry I'm always inspired by ancient civilizations from around the world. Another way that the touch of time works into play is through the jewelry hammer that I use while crafting. It belonged to one of my grandfathers who used it to create his very own handmade jewelry and leather crafts.
